• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
• Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Order Issues
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing us with some pictures of the defective item as proof. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
